Netbeui is an abbreviation for NetBios Enhanced User Interface. It is a an enhanced version of the NetBIOS protocol used by network operating systems such as LAN Manager, LAN Server, Windows for Workgroups, Windows NT and XP. It lets computers communicate within a local area network.
